Founded by Rachel, a qualified beauty therapist with over a decade of experience, The Secret Spa was designed to offer something different from the typical high street salon. It’s intimate rather than busy, calm rather than chaotic, and every visit is unhurried, personal, and focused entirely on you.
Tucked away in the peaceful village of Cliffe, in Rochester, Kent, our hidden retreat is deliberately off the beaten track. There are no walk-ins and no crowded waiting areas - just a quiet, beautifully designed space where you can genuinely switch off. From the moment you arrive, everything is centred around your comfort: complimentary refreshments, local and free parking, and a therapist who takes the time to understand exactly what you need.
